Online orders are typically delivered within 5 working days direct to kerbside and need to be signed for by an adult (18+ years old). You can select your preferred delivery date using the calendar during checkout, this will then be confirmed when your order is processed. We will call or email to inform you should there be any unforeseen changes to the delivery schedule.

Delivery costs
The cost of delivery of the ordered products is visible after adding the products to the basket in the summary. The cost is calculated dynamically based on the weights and dimensions of all products in the basket

shipping company
The delivery will be made by a forwarding company. This means that the products will be delivered as close as possible to the property or building indicated in the delivery address, considering access and parking options. The supplier of the transport company unloads the shipment in such a place and hands it over to the Recipient. The forwarding company will contact you the day before on the phone number provided with information about the planned delivery time.

Book and pick up at the showroom
You can also order products online. They will be ready for collection at the showroom. Collection from your local Showroom is free, regardless of the value of your order. We have made collecting from your local showroom as easy as possible when ordering.
